The UNICON CRM Group brings together more than 90 people who look after CRM, marketing operations and client data at UNICON member schools. We meet online a few times a year to share what works, from Salesforce and HubSpot roll-outs to adoption, training and data quality, usually with a case study from a member school.

**Recent sessions:** Cornell University on CRM adoption and training (October 2026), Yale School of Management on its Salesforce implementation (December 2025), and London Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School on unlocking CRM value (October 2025).

Who can join?

The group is open to staff at UNICON member institutions. Sign up with your work email and, once we've confirmed your institution, we'll add you to the invitation for the next meeting.
