Entitled "Doing Good: Collaborating for Positive Change and Meaningful Work", the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School team will be hosting a conference to explore your place in advancing positive change through themes of service, purpose, community, and progress:
Your 3-Day Executive Education Leadership Journey
Day 2: Doing the Work
- "How I Built It" Session: UNICON Member teams will share success stories and lessons learned.
- Hackathon: Participants will engage in a design thinking challenge based on the UNICON TDC 2025 Roadmap, working in groups to address a pre-defined organizational challenge or opportunity.
- Evening Event – Museum Night: Held at the American History Museum. We’ll introduce the theme for Day 3, Building a Legacy, as a lead-in to the evening’s experience.
Building a Legacy
- Prior to Museum Night, participants will be prompted to reflect on the concept of “artifacts”—what they might leave behind as a legacy, both personally and organizationally.
- Discussions will focus on how today’s work shapes the future.
- What stories will be told about our organizations, our teams, and ourselves?

When and where is the event being held?
The conference will take place from November 5 to November 7, 2025, at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center, 555 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. Sessions begin at 10:00 AM EDT on November 5 and conclude at 1:00 PM EDT on November 7.

Registration includes access to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, exclusive UNICON research, networking receptions, select meals, and evening events, including a special dinner at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
